Dear Amanda,
It is with great pleasure that we enclose a certificate of achievement, in recognition of the superior
efforts made by Jamestown High School to protect its young athletes. Your school's Second Team
designation has been renewed because it accomplished all requirements outlined in the Safe Sports
School Award application.
We are proud of the Safe Sports School award and its recipients. It is not an easy award for which to
qualify and you can be deservedly proud.
The National Athletic Trainers’ Association is committed to assuring that young athletes are
protected. This award is bestowed for a 3-year period and will expire on February 18, 2024.
By email, we have provided you with artwork that can be used to raise funds to buy equipment,
supplies or other related purposes, or otherwise recognize your athletic staff and volunteers. Please
note the Terms of Use provided with the artwork. Also, we have prepared a template for a press
release, with which you can announce this achievement to the community.
The school will be listed with other recipients on
https://www.nata.org/reports/Safe_Sports_Schools.
Congratulations on your achievement.
Sincerely,
